NTC TPG account still pending: How to activate your account

The National Teaching Council (NTC) is in the process of issuing license numbers to qualified teachers via the Teacher Portal Ghana (TPG). However, some users’ accounts are still pending even though their profile is 100% complete.

If you happen to face this issue, follow the steps below to activate your account and receive your license number via email or SMS:

1. Open the email app on your phone or PC and send an email to the following email address

  • it@ntc.gov.gh

At the subject session, enter the following: Activation of Account

2. Send the following message to the email address above while adding your credentials as given below:

Please my account is still pending activation but the profile progress is 100%.

Below are my details:

Name: —————-

Staff ID: ————–

Email address: ———-

Mobile: ————–

3. Click send to send the message.

Now you have to wait for about 5 working days to get your NTC number through SMS and in your email.
