If you are a Fidelity bank account holder, you can update your bank account online with Ghana card at the comfort of your home without moving to a branch.
In this article, I will provide the steps to update your bank account with Ghana card online.
1. Visit this page by clicking on the link https://dpfbgl101.myfidelitybank.net:4017/cus-update
2. Enter your account number, phone number (the one used to open the account) and date of birth in the form that appears and click next.
3. An OTP will be sent to your phone, enter the pin in the next form that appears and click next
4. On the next screen, you will be asked to enter the ID number found on your Ghana card in full. Once entered, click continue.
5. A notification will be sent on your phone seeking permission to use your phone camera. Select “allow” and your phone camera will be activated on the next screen. Position your face in the blue box and tap on the camera icon to take photo.
6. Select Verify and wait for the photo to be verified. Accept the terms for the Ghana card update using the toggle. Select “Update.”
Finally, a success message will appear on your screen confirming the update. You have successfully updated your account online without going to the bank to join long queues.
